This has actually been out for a while now - since the 21st. It's not in the Limited Edition section, but you can find it here: http://www.games4theworlddownloads.org/ts3/store-2013/july2013.html (it's the EP10LimitedSet). Because there aren't any pictures or descriptions yet, a lot of people missed it, but the link works just fine
