installer won't run please help!

hello there!

I have used the mac guide to install both the base game and university life. I downloaded generations from your site and completed all the steps for creating the .dmg file, and here is where the problem comes in. the installer won't run. i don't know what else to do. everything went well when i installed generations i thought it would be the same. 

can anyone please help.
