The game is not opening.

Hello!
Sorry if I'm writing in the wrong place or if there is a solution for it. I did a research but haven't found anything.

Well, I've downloaded every The Sims 3 expansion pack after Showtime (I already have everything before it) in Games4TheWorld page. But when I click the expansion launcher to install it, it just doesn't open!
I've already tried with Sweet Treats and Diesel Stuff, both are not working.

Well, my computer is a MacBook. Since the launcher icon showed up, I thought it would work in both Windows AND Mac platforms. Is this the problem? What I can do to solve it?

Ok, I think I've found a solution. I'll test it and post here if works so the topic can be closed.

EDIT 2:53 - It doesn't worked XD!

I tried making a .dmg file image, but no changes at all.
