The Sims 3: won't start

Good day.
So I faced a problem about 3 days ago. I have Sims 3 base game + all expansions downloaded, including the newest Island Paradise (from this site) + 1.55 update + Ultimate Fixes. All was well, everything worked and I was able to play the game. I am a fan of Custom Content so I also download objects and stuff which worked and had no problems.
Then I downloaded some more and I believe that is the reason my Sims crashes whenever I press Play button on Launcher. Before it just turned black and mouse icon kept scrolling (then crashed) but now it shows this

It is in Latvian but basically it says that System Windows can't find that particular file. Check if the title is right and try again. This happened after I re-applied all Ultimate Fix files.
And, I believe I made a huge mistake when I deleted all .zip files to install the game and EP (I needed space) although I left:
* The_Sims_3_-_Razor1911_Final_MAXSPEED_secure.exe
* TS3_1.55.4.0220xx_update.exe
Can you please help me understand the problem and how to fix it?

Hello,
Can you try removing the folder of The Sims 3 in Electronic arts folder of Documents and run the game again?

What have you deleted? Usually deleting this folder won't cause any problem.
