Sims 3 Wont Even Start. [SOLVED]

Im running windows 10. I have a beast of a computer, so its surely not a hardware issue (drivers possibly, but all are updated)
Sims 3 has worked fine before. I had to reinstall sims, and now i have nothing. I have no EPs installed either currently. No crossfire graphics either. I have the R9 380. No CC at all. I have tried...

Bypassing the launcher
DEP
Ultimate Fix
4GB patch/fix
Trying all compatibility modes
Uninstalling/reinstalling multiple times
Running off the base game disc, with no cracks

All i get is a flash of Black screen. I have also tried refreshing the Documents folder, but it wont even make new files except for 3 of them. I have searched endlessly across many forums (including this one) and i am at a loss...is my game done for? It wont even run vanilla

okay..so ive found a way to fix everything. But now, i cant select ANY towns. Everything is blank. fresh EA folder doesnt help either

after you found the way, but you can't select any towns and anything's blank, something's gone wrong with the crack.
What I did, was to uninstall ALL the expansion packs and the base game and reinstalling the base game first, then patching the game, installing expansion packs, and cracking the game from the ultimate fix folder (also, for all expansion packs that are not listed in any folder use ONLY the #Crack folder, DO not follow the instructions on the #Installation guide, if the pack is later than Generations, DO NOT  do anything with it!
Now, if you are planning installing the expansion/stuff packs that are listed in the folders, copy ONLY THE LAUNCHER because the .dll file will set the version to 0.0.0.0 and you will have minor issues in-game and installing the store content from games4theworlddownloads.org site.

Okay so the only way i fixed it was by unistaling everything again and erasing the sims manually from the registry. And every time i tried the crack is when i got the problem. Instead i just used my NoCD mod instead
