FM 2010 problem [LOCKED]

Hi, I have been through the installation guide within the FM rar and have run the setup and installation, and when it finishes it says a problem occured but it doesnt explain what and so I dont know how to progress from here.
Any help welcome

The Football Manager 2010 v10.3 FIX you have to apply áfter updating the Game. If you don't know how to Update the Game, Google for it.

That probably explains it, I just installed the fix form the email, so do I download it off their website and then add the fix?

Yes, first Download and apply the Update thén apply the FIX. (Using the included Installation Guide)

Ok do i just search for the patch on google and pick one fo them to download it from?

Ok do I then once downloaded this apply it to the program files sports interactive and then apply the fix?

No, Download it. With applying I don't mean copying, but - if it's right, you downloaded an .exe file - run the .exe file. Thís will Update the Game.

Alright, ive done what you've said and when i loaded up the game it said disk not found, if you could do a step by step bit for me after ive downloaded the 10.3 patch as im not very good technically with these sort of things.

Once again im sorry, but i dont need what i put in my previous post as since then i have managed to figure it out, but the problem is now is that i cant manage in england as it says minimum 21 n.ireland teams even though its te english league

Download the Update / Patch from: http://download2us.softpedia.com/dl/47cb2e78c79dc933f69df91a2527bc79/4bf80576/200054278/games/patch/FM2010_v10.3.0_PC_Patch.exe and Update the Game. After that read the Installation Guide of our Football Manager 2010 FIX which can be requested by sending an empty e-mail to Games4theworld@hotmail.com (Start the Subject with 'Requesting FM 2010 v10.3 FIX').
