Sims 3 Launcher. [SOLVED]

Hi, everyone! I've been having a problem with my Sims 3 game. My base game and Supernatural were bought from Origin, while my Island Paradise Ep is a torrent. Anyway, I tried to download University, but failed so I removed it. After I removed it I couldn't access my game. The launcher said my base game was incompatible with the current expansion pack, even though my game was updated.

After that I was advised to uninstall the base game and re-install it. I did and now it says the Sims 3 launcher is not working.
Can someone help me?

Hello,

Clean reinstallation also means clearing broken registries too, if you haven't noticed. I suggest you initate a clean uninstallation via Revo Uninstaller. And install the base game and Supernatural again. Afterwards, apply the manual patch, which can be downloaded here. And then you can install any expansion packs you want by clicking on the setup.exe in the unzipped folder. Bear in mind that you must extract the expansion packm torrents via WinRAR ONLY, due to the fact that other unzipping tools can mess up your files. And then you can apply the contents of the #crack folder of the Ultimate Fix to: C:\Program Files\Origin Games\The Sims 3\Game\Bin (which can be downloaded here). And then you can start playing The Sims 3!
