Create a Sim Background Empty Create a Sim Background

just a question... it doesn't necessarily affect the game however when i go to the create a sim area the background is "missing" and or all white? 

i don't have any mods installed for the background?

game runs fine other than that, anyone know what it could be or how i could fix it?

i have island paradise installed.

Do you experience any other graphics issues ? If not, this is indeed strange. And do you have any mods installed ?
