SIMS 3 HELP. [SOLVED]

Hello everybody,
what my problem is, i downloaded the fix, and since i have ALL of the expansion packs ( but generations, which I'm downloading from this site ) i did the following :
for each expansion pack i opened the program files, game, bin, and copied the two files for it which came with the fix. It extracted, replaced them, everything went well. So because the Generations is downloading really slow, i thought while its downloading to try starting the game. Everything happened as you said, i had the options quit or continue, i continued, but then suddenly it stops and says: Unable to start game, Service initialization failed (0x039e8474).So can it be because the Sims 3 Generations isn't downloaded yet ? Will it work when it does ? And when it finishes downloading, do i just take the files from the Fix ( the Admin gave it ) and copy and replace them to Program Files, The Sims 3, Game, Bin ? And if i may add, the game is updated.

As you can see in step 2, you'll need The Sims 3: Generations.
Download the latest version of the Fix and read the included "# Installation Guide.txt" very carefully.

Hello again, i downloaded Generations with BitTorrent, and i took the 2 files from WinZip for Ambitions and moved them to The Sims 3 Fame Bin, so what now ? I finished 10th step from the guide, what now?

Step 10 of which guide? Please note the following:

Open the .rar file you downloaded (The Fix) using only WinRar, which can be downloaded from www.games4theworld.org . (If you use any other software than WinRar, like WinZip or 7-zip, the files will get messed up!)
When you've opened the file using WinRar, select áll the files in it and drag & drop them to a folder on your Desktop. When the extraction is done, close the .rar file and open the folder on your Desktop.
Now, start by reading the included "# Installation Guide.txt" and you should be able to get the game to work yourself. Good luck!

the game works, everything is fine, but Ambitions doesn't ? I downloaded it, but it's like i don't have it all. How to apply the expansion pack to the game?

Just read its included "# Installation Guide.txt" to install the game, but DO NOT APPLY THE INCLUDED CRACK; just the game. When done, just run the game and it should all work fine. No need to crack anything.
