How to extract a game file?

Someone plz  !!!!!! I am having difficulty to extract a game file for it to be mounted. What are the necessary steps i must take. I need answers I really want to play Sims 3

well my bad what I really meant was how to unzip a game file for it to be mounted. sorry for the error

VIOR37 asked this question since of all the base game and expansion pack/stuff pack torrents from G4TW, only the base game needs to be mounted in order to faciliate installation.

If you are installing the base game from G4TW, extract it with WinRAR ONLY and mount StartDisk.iso with Daemon Tools Lite. Auto-run it, and then when asked to put in another disk, eject the StartDisk.iso and mount Disk1.iso. Click "Browse" in the installation panel of the base game, and then choose Disk1.iso.
