Can't Install Items

(I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post it!)
I have downloaded the cracked Sims 3 and I'm trying to install some items but every time I click the install button it pops up with this :
Help please?

Hello,
Have you read this? Bear in mind you need at least one of the expansions mentioned in the guide to work.
