How to catch ghosts with a cat?

In google say my cat need to have lvl 7 hunting skill to hunt ghosts. My cat have lvl 9 hunting skill and when i go to graveyard i cant find option catch ghost

I read on google my cat can get achievement Telekinetic cat if she catch 25 ghosts

It's your sim's job to catch ghosts to make your cat telekinetic. Get Ghost Hunter Career for your sims and catch 25 ghosts.
