Maybe a crack for SimCity 2013

Hi there! I've been coming here for awhile to just sorta look at Sims 3 news and a hope for you to find a working SimCity 2013 crack. I also visit scene sites. Now I don't know how to go about linking things the right way here yet so I'm creating this topic in hopes that an admin or moderator will read this. There is a rumored crack out now and I am staring at the page for it. It's on one of the sites I visit regularly (with a pop-up blocker!) but one I mostly trust and would like to share this with anybody interested here that doesn't visit these places. If you have a person or persons dedicated to testing if these things work and are safe I will post the links here for the webpages only. I'll be sticking around here until I get bored or tired for a response.
