Same-*** couple pregnancy and Mods. [SOLVED]

Hi everyone, I'm wondering on two things...
1. I've never installed mods nor do I have an idea on how they work, where are they suppose to go, etc. Anyone have an updated tutorial/tips (I'm on a Mac)?
2. Is there a trusty mod out there that allows same *** couples to try for baby? I found a thread outside of G4TW but it's from 2009 and apparently has recent issues with the patches and all. I'd like an updated one, and one that is ok with the Ultimate Fix. Me and my wife will greatly appreciate it

Hello,
First you need to do what that tutorial says to you. Next you need to download this mod and install it. Then go into game and test it. I hope it works
