Weird Problem? [SOLVED]

I registered just to get help on this question because I couldn't find an answer anywhere else. 

I downloaded the files, followed all the directions that came with the Ultimate Fix, and got the game to open. When it did open though, I couldn't play it because there was nothing in the drop down menu, and the menu to quit the game was also blank. I included a picture from my screen.



Anyone know how to fix this?

Disregard this. After reapplying the patch from the Ultimate Fix, everything started working just fine.
