SIMS 3 UNIVERSITY LIFE DOWNLOAD SETUP PROBLEMS

So earlier today I downloaded The Sims 3 University Life expansion, and once I click on Sims3EP09Setup an InstallShield Wizard message popped up saying "An error (-5006: 0x80070002) has occurred while running the setup", I was wondering if you could help me out, if so that would be fantastic! Did you extract with WinRAR?

Hello,
Did you download the base game from Blackbox? If yes, the base game you downloaded from Blackbox will not work with the expansions downloaded from G4TW. If not, you should redownload The Sims 3: University Life from www.games4theworld.org and delete all data and folders that comes with The Sims 3: University Life.
