Lunar lakes tree of prosperity problem. [SOLVED]

I cannot harvest the Tree of Prosperity.. I get the option to, I click it.. The sim walks up to it, as if he's going to "pick the fruit". Then nothing, and the icon in the action tab goes away. and i checked the fix but i see no file found in media fire
help me please:help: Help
