Won't start

I'm using windows 8, trying to install every expansion packs available. I've followed every patch I should do according to the ultimate fix, unfortunately the game still says 'unable to start game, server initialisation failed (0x0175d824)'. I'm assuming that the core problem is within the base game. Ever since the first time I installed the base game and applied the crack onto it, it says the same thing. Before I would like to re-install everything I would like to ask for suggestion or probably someone had the same problem I have.

Thank you for spending your precious time trying to help me on this problem,

I have never uninstalled an expansion pack. I have all the expansion installed on my computer, therefore I don't feel I'd need to remove any registry.

As far as I am concerned, this is mostly registry-related. Are The Sims 3 you installed a Blackbox Edition? If yes, the manual patch and the Ultimate Fix may not apply. Are they from games4theworld? If not, please install the ones from games4theworld. To uninstall The Sims 3 and expansion packs, please download YourUninstaller Pro from www.games4theworld.org and uninstall The Sims base game and all expansions with "Super Mode" (to clear all registry entries created by the application). Afterwards, follow the instructions below:
(1) Install the base game and then apply the manual patch from here.
(2) Install the expansions.
(3) Download the latest Ultimate Fix here. Drag and drop the content of #crack folder of the Ultimate Fix to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin (OR C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 3\Game\Bin if you purchased the base game via Origin). Replace the existing files.
