I uninstalled Aurora skies world, but now I can't reinstal

Can you tell me how you uninstalled the world? Did you delete the contents of "DCCache" folder in C:\Users\(your computer name)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 before reinstalling?

I only uninstalled in the launcher

Didn't delete anything from that folder
