sims 3 has stopped working

Hello again

as usual .. im having another 2 problems with my game , first one is that my game wasn't ble to save until it saved finally , i got into the game and i didn't find my last save ..
and the another problem is that when i choose my family and entered the game the loading was soooo slow until the game crushed suddenly ,, and i got " sims 3 has stopped working"

the DEP is turning on .. i checked the "saves" and i deleted the file end with "bad" or somthing like that ,, i copied the files from the file "sims 3 _backup" to the new file , and i checked "regedit" ... all of that was done befor i got the crush ,and it didn't help

ammm .. i have : "pets, generations , ambitious , supernatural , island paradise , world adventure , outdoor living stuff , master suit stuff " .

about my system specs :

--(RAM) : 2.00 GB
--system type : 32-bit
--CPU speed : 1.83 GHz

Hello,

Please clear the following caches:

-CASPartCache.package
-compositorCache.package
-scriptCache.package
-simCompositorCache.package
-socialCache.package
-the contents of the folders "WorldCaches" & "Thumbnails"
-the content of the folder "CurrentGame.sims3"

If possible, please register with another account. I know this account (Manar) is shared by 2 users. And it's cuasing a lot of confusion from time to time Wink

i cleared the catches ,, about "worldCatches" i cant find it ..

sorry but it's not shared by 2 users ,, only once i wrote my sister error .. only once

but if it's still confusing you i will register with another account

Hello,

It's very normal you cannot find the file(s). It will only appear when you have specific worlds installed. Does clearing these files work?

well .. i can't know yet if it worked , cause the game keep stuck on the black loading page .. ad i keep changing the "sims 3" file name .. it's hard to change the file name every time i enter the game!!

Hello,

If I were you, I would check this folder: C:\Users\(your computer name)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Saves to see if there is a save with name the same as the lost save. If you can only find a save something like (name of the save).sims3.backup, rename it to (name of the save).sims3. See if it works.
