Sims 3 Neighborhoods 5+hours

Hi! I've been here a while and almost never have to post since I can usually search things out.(except for my own neighborhood suddenly not working,serious error)
Well I have tried to download dragon valley and it takes 6 hours to download and twice it just stopped. My pc isn't near to max for space and I have stable internet. Even the expansion packs don't take that long for me? Is it just me or can it be fixed.

Hello,
Did you download it via Firefox? Can you try downloading it via Chrome to see if there is any difference?

I use chrome now, I just waited the 6 hours. But is this normal? I don't think so
