Sims 4 stuck on the loading screen for hours!

Hey , i just installed the sims 4 for the first time , and i did  all the instructions u made , but when i complete creating my sim i hit enter to play the game i get stuck on the loading screen for hours the game doesn't start !!

Hi there,

Asumming that you have not install the Cats & Dogs, try renaming the game folder or deleting the current one and then placed the Toddler's stuff pack again.

Or get rid of outdated CC and mods, that worked for me.
