In- game problem please help

I have installed the game properly and I am now playing it. I have already built my home at created a sim, I have no problem running the game but my problem is, something is wrong with some objects in the game. The problem is, I have a bed for my sim to sleep and he had already sleep on that bed for, approx. 2-3 times but after a few times of using that bed my sim can't sleep on that bed anymore (I have not changed or moved anything) I tried to make him sleep in that bed many times but he can't. So i tried to make him sleep in the other room where there is a different bed and he did sleep in there, but after just 1 time sleeping on that bed he can't sleep on that anymore too. 
I tried selling the object and replacing it and after replacing the bed he can now sleep on it again but after 1 use he can't sleep on it again   ..does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem? cause i can't do the delete and replace object every time, it just annoys me. 
(note: same thing happens to my shower)

Do you have any mods/cc?

Im not really sure :newfag:    I just exactly followed the instructions, I found here, on how to install the sims 3, so I haven't installed anything else that is not in the instruction.
