Problem during the game. [SOLVED]

Hello, I'm frend so excuse me for my english.. I'm going to try to explain my problem.. So, I used the Ultimate Fix, done everything ect.. the game works perfectly, I can create a sim install it in a house but as soon as I try to go in construction mode or "achat" (buy ?) mode the game crash, pc saids that the sims 3 have stopped working bla bla.. I try twice, but the problem comes back.. I don't know what can I do.. Once aigain I'm sorry for my english and it's great if you have understand what I said !!

. I had the "heddin springs" but with the ultimate fix it has been deleted. Actually I think I managed to fix the issue with your manual patch, I thought I had the last version but I didn't. The game works perfectly now and I prey to that continues (I hope what I said means something or I hope that is understandable !)
