Norton Scan Empty Norton Scan

I just downloaded the Sims 3 Movie Stuff and for the crack files my Norton keeps deleting them saying they are WS Reputation 1 virus.  This also happens when I download the Sims 3 fix cracks.  I'm trying to find a way around it but I just want to know if this is just how the files are made or did someone put a virus on it will seeding.

Hello,

Can you try adding the base game location to the "exceptions" of Norton ? Or can you even completely turn off Norton ?


P.S. that's the reason why I personally never use the more "well-known" AV programs.

Well I had this problem too. So what I have done is restoring them from Quarantine.
