question about downloaded premade sims

I want o download apremade sims but the creator said that there are some cc that included.is it okay to download it without cc?

Yeah, it's okay if you download it without the CC. The game may install it automatically to your game along with the .sims3pack.

Depending on how the sim was packed the CC that was used on it will either be installed with the sim or replaced by closest match/default game items. THe only problem will be if they used any CAS mods and/or which ones they used. Some CAS Modded sims will crash if you dont have the same mod(s) installed in your game.
