installing sims 3 everything

sims will not pull up to the launcher says there is an error during startup check the logs. how do i check the logs and what could be causing this

ty i tried searching for an hour and didnt find anything thank you for showing me that

Re-boot the computer afterwards, then go on with re-installing. Re-read this here: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly

oh yea sorry new to the forum and didnt even see it sorry about that i will try the unistall method and get back to you

ok just finished installing and everything worked just fine running really slow and then after creating my sim and picking out my lot it isnt loading the lot i walked away for an hour on the load screen any help would be great

Can you remove the folder "The Sims 3" in My documents/Electronic Arts ? Then re-start the game and try again.
And next time, please do use the "edit"-button.
