Selling cars in Midnight Hollow help

Maybe i'm just doing something wrong, but whenever I go in buy mode to get cars for the selling car lot, only the university moving truck shows up...

I had my lot type on Visitors Allowed, then on Small Market, but non of them will appear... I even tried switching to residential but then it said that "some objects are not allowed in this type of lot, will be deleted it continued"

Is their a certain type of lot type I need to be on in order for the cars to show up!?

Plz help!

I wish EA could have made it a little more simpler!

I've done some search for you, and all players agreed on we can't sell cars in Community lots if we didn't store them in our family store earlier at home. 

And the other way is setting the shop in a residential lot, which is easier to do, at least you can buy and place on rug whatever you like.
