i cant install midnight hollow.... Empty i cant install midnight hollow....

Help Help  i had a problem with update so u said i should open my game from C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin  with TS3W....so good until now....i cant install any ts3 not that and nothing else couse i dont even load the sims 3 launcher....what should i do about it!!!!
