Midnight Hollow Issues

Hello all,
I have downloaded the MNH world from this site, The store fix and followed the instruction to the letter, and I still can not seem to load the world. It is showing me that I still have to use sim points to gain access. Pls help. I'm at a loss and I really don't know what to do next.

Hello,
If you have older store fixes, make sure to remove all older files, before putting the new fixes in.
Also, look into My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Installed Worlds. Is there a file named "MidnightHollow.world" ? If not, try re-installing the world with the launcher (don't use CC Magic, because it's not going to work).

Thanks for the response. However, looking in the installed world folder, I have found nothing. The issue is I can not install any custom content. Let alone Mh. But I would like to worry about Mh as that is my main concern atm.
Now the Store fix is the current one posted on the G4TW new site. I made sure to read on the forums as to the currency of the file. IE up to date. And followed the instruction to the letter, and NOTTA. I did see the launcher update files/patches and install then looking at installed items i see nothing. Loaded game thinking it was a load thing, and again, notta. I'm not a novice when it comes to The Sims 3 modding, patching, applying custom content, however this is kik'n my @$$...
I'm really not sure what to do now..
And I apologize for posting this in a off thread. ( if it was moved) Will not happen again..

In order to install the worlds, you need to download them from www.games4theworlddownloads.org. Drag and drop them to C:\Users\(your computer name)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads. Run the launcher and click the tab "Downloads". Check the boxes of the sims3packs and click on the "Install" button to start installation.Sidewinder wrote:Hey hey,

What do you mean by "I cannot install the worlds"? Can you be more specific, like telling us what error message you have while installing them?
