Quick question about updates. [SOLVED]

Hello there guys.

I'd just firstly like to say this is a great site long may it continue...

My question is this :

I bought the Base game starter pack , Sims 3, Late Night, Design & Hi - Tec stuff. and installed via origin installer.

I then downloaded all the "Stuff" packs from here. Superb so far.

But if I want to add another expansion pack " I have World Adventures on the way Boxed original " do I have to apply the patches again like I would do with any Expansion downloaded from here.
