Disc Error. [SOLVED] Empty Disc Error. [SOLVED]

Ok so i played sims 3 all day yesterday now today when i load the game i have no sims at all. My house was there but no sims. So i quit the game and waited a bit removed the cache files  now when i try and load it I get a Disc Error. Now i dont know what to do.

Hello,

What cache files did you remove ? And besides, it does take a little while (even on stronger computers) for the sims to show up, right after you start up the game.

And can you describe what exactly the error says - or can you even post a screenshot ?

Removed the safe ones, but i fixed it after reapplying the fix and as for the sims not loading just started a fresh game in a new town. Everything well mostly everything working ok now so i guess we can close this.
