I legitimately bought The Sims 3 and The Sims 3 Pets. I have already installed a number of Games4theworld expansion packs, using the crack found in the ultimate fix. So do I have to uninstall all of the sims 3 and then get a Games4theworld copy?

If you have done this correctly: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly, you don't need to uninstall The Sims 3 to get a Games4theworld copy.
