Sims Medieval BSOD Empty Sims Medieval BSOD

Post by Guest Tue 12 Jul 2011, 21:17

I downloaded Sims Medieval a few months ago and had several problems with it. I managed to sort most of them but now I'm stuck with a huge issue. Any time I go to play the game, I can get as far as loading my kingdom and then everything crashes and I get the blue screen of death. I have no idea what's causing it...

Hello,

Please first try playing in Windowed Mode and turning down all the graphics in game.

Also try these possible fixes: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t857-the-sims-3-crashes-freezes-to-desktop-fix-update-8-06-2011 (But then for Medieval. So the .exe files have to be the ones for Medieval)

If you can't solve with the ultimate fix or the guide have been given by Admin.
I do advise you to update your graphic card driver. And if you can update all of your driver include windows update will be more great Smile

Used the fix and updated drivers. It's in windows mode and graphics settings are at minimum. I was able to play through one quest and then it crashed.

Does your computer pass the mininum requirements to run the game?
A computer that just barely passes the mininum might recieve errors and crashes in-game.

Try this site here:
http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/

If this is your first time using it, you will need to download a software in order to use it. However, it is 100% virus, malware, trojan, keylogger... free.

Also The Sims Medieval is a very bugged game. Can you specify on which quest the game crashes? Also, please give your Kingdom stats.
