Sims 3 important message error Empty Sims 3 important message error

I have sims 3 (i uninstall my sims 3, sims 3 supernatural and pets. because of the freeze/lag). i install my sims 3 game, update and hit play button. and an error appeared. 
"                                    Important Message!                          
The license limit for this product has been reached. Please visit
http://support,ea.com to contact EA Support for further assistance." Shocked 


and yes, i did put the fix. but the important message was still there. Shocked

Hello there, I believe this means that the code has reached it's maximum limit. 
You can either contact EA to reset the limit or try a different code.
Please do either one of these options and if you're still having problems please update us!

Where did you actually get your games from ? If they are all from Games4TheWorld, you shouldn't get that message at all.
