Help for sims 3 ambition insert disc 1 containing support\readme\

As the title, my sims 3 ambition setup request me to insert this disc 1 thingy like the one happens to the sims 3 pets. Does the fix for sims3 pet fix this too? Thanks in advance

No, the Pets fix is for Pets only!
Please open the .rar file you downloaded using only WinRAR, which can be downloaded from www.games4theworld.org . (If you use any other software than WinRAR, like WinZip or 7-Zip, the files will usually get messed up!)
After opening the .rar file using WinRAR, select all the files in it and drag & drop them to an empty folder on your Desktop. When the extraction has finished, close the .rar file and open the folder on your Desktop. 
Now start by reading the included "# Installation Guide.txt", and you should be able to get the game to work yourself.

When a new update or install comes our way I make sure to place it in update order as seen above and install that way as well so I will never have a problem. I do part01 then install the latest update than I do part 02 and so on finally adding the final folder which includes my crack and everything that I have Downloaded from the store or from G4tw. With this setup I have never yet to have an issue. Again just showing my easy way of doing things and yes I just hold onto the files located in C:\users\your user name\My Documents\electronic arts\The sims 3 that folder is saved so I will not kill my previous save or items. Than Finally the latest crack file from G4TW: Easy breezy not so cheesy but excellent way for me no to mess it up. 

I am mystified that everytime a new episode comes out almost everyone and there grandmother gots issues and cannot get back in game. LOve You all.

if you have pets you dont need to crack ambition. if you have pets just start with sims 3 pets file. or the most recent you have. if you  have into the future you need to put into the future crack in. programfiles (86x)\eagames/sims3/game/bin

I suggest you re-extract with WinRAR only. As Admin has mentioned, other tools might mess up the extraction process.

I dont think the extract thing will work. I had install the ambition before and it worked, but then one day I uninstalled it and now I wanna play it back and this error just pop out = =

oh. then its a problem cause sometimes when uninstalling a expansion the old dont work. try to reinstall all then it will work.

Sometimes WinRAR cannot successfully extract the files. I strongly recommend you re-extract the .rar again.
