Launcher Error + Unauthorized Copy

So, I'm getting 2 error messages.
1)Sometimes when I open the launcher, it says that there was an error and it closes down.
2)Every time I open sims 3, there's a pop up that says "you have an unauthorized copy of sims 3... there might be bugs and crashes". If i close it, I can still play the game, however it freezes quite a bit and sometimes it crashes.
I installed it correctly and followed all the steps.
Btw, I encountered the crashing problem before, but it wasn't as often as now.

Hello,
Welcome to the Games4theworld Forum!
Do you have any Mods or Custom Content? If yes, back them all up and them remove ALL of them completely first.
Now test the game and see if the error disappeared.
If not, then please follow these instructions: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly
DO NOT skip any steps and RE-DOWNLOAD both the manual patch and the Ultimate Fix!

Did you download your game(s) from "Games4TheWorld" ? I suggest you do that, if you haven't. Look on Piratebay for something called "The Sims 3 Games4TheWorld".

Did you download your game(s) from "Games4TheWorld" ? I suggest you do that, if you haven't. Look on Piratebay for something called "The Sims 3 Games4TheWorld".

It's probably just the "Unofficial game modification" error.

Do as Admin told you to do.
If both solutions didn't work, clear the following files in C:\Users\(your computer username)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3:
Look for any of the following files ending in .package and delete it:
Create-a-Sim Cache: CasPartCache.package
Build/Buy mode cache: compositorCache.package
Mod or custom content cache: scriptCache.package
New Sims and skin cache: simCompositorCache.package
SocialCache.package
Look for a folder that says Thumbnails. Delete anything inside of it.
Look for WorldCaches and delete anything inside of it.
