Help! ''Unofficial Modification!''. [SOLVED]

We are currently seeing lots of people having that problem, and in 99% of the cases it is caused by outdated mods or an outdated/wrongly placed crack. So...

Go to My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Mods/Packages and remove the mods again. If you insist you really did that already, and if ALL your mods are compatible with the patch level 1.63, then it's fine.

Sorry for all the inconvenience, but can you redownload the Ultimate Fix and try again? The one you downloaded is outdated (our mistake). Try redownloading the Fix and apply it again.
