Sims 3 Unofficial modification.[SOLVED]

Hi
I just installed showtime , before installation i patched manually the game to 1.31,
then i removed the mods, then opened the launcher to uninstall some cc but it appears a message saying you have unofficial modification uninstall them or may you have some crashes.....can anyone help me with this?

Did you change the cracks on any other expansion packs you have or are you still using the same ones from when you first installed them?

No, i use showtime crack

honestly, i don't know how to take screenshot...
i didnt mention that when i played i found a lot of bugs like adult sim can do booby trap...

then open paint and click Ctrl + V

Windows Vista then you should have the snipping tool right?

Click on the Start button to open your Start Menu.
Then click on the All Programs menu option.
Then click on the Accessories group
Finally click on the bulletin Snipping Tool icon

I cannot update the game to version 1.32 auto and manually

Did you follow the instructions here

Step 1 says to install 1.31 so you have to reinstall the patch again if if you already have it

I didnt do that as i maunally patch the game to 1.31 after installed showtime

Alright try out the guide i provided above and let me know how it turns out

Yes,now i uninstalled the game and the expansions and i reinstalled the base game and showtime then i tried to update to 1.32 but the same message appeared plus origin error saying reinstall the application

Hi,

It sounds like your anti-virus program or similar is interfering with the patch setup installer. You can try disabling them before updating your game again. If the issue persists, you can try out the following:


1. Click Start or press the Start/Windows button on the bottom left hand, type msconfig, and then click OK.
2. Click on Startup.
3. Select disable All.
4. Click on Services.
5. Check the box that says Hide All Microsoft Services, then Disable All.
6. Apply, then restart your system.


Doing this will eliminate most of what might be interfering with the patch setup installer running properly on a software level. After you are done updating the game repeat the above procedure, this time using the Enable All buttons to turn services and startup items back on.
