A question about store set.
Is there an easy way to know find out what sets you own?
This might sound a little stupid but I don't really remember what sets I have installed from game4theworlds site. Some of them were from the old download site and from when that website was down and they used 4share for a little time. I know by now I must have alot and I feel like some are not showing in game or only showing from time to time.
I could go through the "installed content" tab on the sims 3 laucher and look at the store while doing it and find out that way but is there an easy way?
I have tried CC Magic and I feel its very "messy" and I cant quite get my head around it.

Re: A question about store set.
CC Magic is already the easiest workaround for you to manage the store set. As you can see in CC Magic panel, every set is labelled clearly and carefully:
All you have to do is to do some research on the Internet about these sim3packs. And if you know the pattern, you will know EPXLimitedEdition_Set is limited edition content, for example.
If you found CC Magic "messy", I don't know what else can be done to solve your problem.

I guess the topic creator has lots of ".sims3packs" installed (like me), which can make it a bit time-consuming to go through all the stuff, but I agree with CC Magic, still.
@xWaterlily: I'm sorry to hear that you seem to have difficulties with these ".sims3packs", but for the future, try doing it like I do: whenever I download store content I immediately install it, and then I back up the ".sims3packs" to a folder on my external hard-drive. I organize all store content according to their release date, so I make sub-folders for every month. So whenever I look at these folders I know that everything in there is installed already.
Sounds time-consuming ? It is. But then you don't have to mess around later.
//EDIT
Strictly speaking, doing additional research is not necessary then, normally. You know that everything in the "months-folders" is installed, and that's it. You then know that you should focus on months which you still haven't got.
Moreover, it's technically impossible that items "show up only sometimes". They are either installed or not.
And I generally don't use the official store for gathering information about store stuff. I use this site here (keep in mind that the site is still under construction). http://www.games4theworlddownloads.org/
I hope I could help you a little bit.

Re: A question about store set.
Hmm I will try CC magic and again to try and find out what I already have and in future do as Carlos G suggested and put them in month folders while backing them up. Thanks for the help!
Oh the site is back up! http://www.games4theworlddownloads.org/ YAY!
I know its still under construction but is February 2013 meant to be empty?

Yes, that's correct. (A lot of pages are still missing)
