Request for Latest Super Nude Patch for Sims 3

This is an odd request, tho I have seen an older topic on it. I wish to ask if anyone has the latest version of the super nude patch. Paysites must be destroyed only has an older one that does not work anymore. So I ask please for any help and if they would be generous enough to send me the patch or have a link to a free download of it. Thank you for reading this and thanks to anyone who can help.
