Unable to move sims in/out via phone or edit town, help!

It's never happened before so I removed all of my CC and re-installed only the good stuff (that I had before the problem) and it was still the same. I then ran the game without CC and nothing has fixed it.

EDIT: I was having trouble with the Milkin' It Dairy Corral, and I downloaded the store fixes but they didn't make a difference, so maybe it's a store fix issue?

I'm now wondering what I can do to get it back to the way it was, or if there's a known cure?

Did you actually try saving your sims into the "bin", in edit-town-mode ? If this works, you can then go to the main menu, create a new save, and then put your sims from the bin into that new neighborhood.

If that doesn't work, you might have to consider to actually delete all your CC, which is going to be 'difficult', but let's see. Let us know about your progress !
