the sims 3 app crash

Hi, i just like to ask if you can give me a solution to this problem and sorry for opening a new thread I cant find where to put my problems. 3 days ago I uninstall the sims 3 with expansions showtime and seasons since the game usually crash. Then I re-install the base game using a pirated copy and updated it to 1.63.5, it works just fine until I added the expansion showtime. The game said something like disc authorization and then I use the crack with the no-dvd patch. The launcher started stating this unable to start game, please see log in (sorry cant exactly remember the words). Note that I already have the expansion seasons also installed in the base game. I decided to uninstall the game again yesterday and now that I install the base game the launcher just wont open and saying this is the problem:

At first, try re-doing the steps from 2 to 4 here: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly

Follow these steps exactly as they are described ! And then double-click on the TS3W.exe in the base game location to see if the game starts. Or make a shortcut to the desktop from that file...

If that doesn't work, have a look at this video here:

This video is for 64-bit systems, but if you have a 32-bit system, then the registry location is:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Sims.
