Sims 3 Neighborhoods. [SOLVED]

I'm aware that the website is down for maintenance or something.. but I was wondering if there was an alternate place or some hosting website to download the neighborhoods because I reallly was wanting to check out Roaring Heights.

you'll find an alternative (temporary) download link for "Roaring Heights" - which the Admin uploaded.
