Suddenly crashes to Desktop

Hey everyone! Well, I've been playing the sims 3 for a long time, I used the UltimateFix installing way,everythink were working smoothly( other than the "Launcher stopped working" message that doesn't really affects the game). Also I have some mods installed( StoryProgression and KamaSimtra) and lots of custom content. First of all, sometimes my game crashed, not very often though,when i played for more than an hour, and I think (i'm not sure though, I cant really remember cause i wasn't playing for a while) that after I download some new hair&stuff , it started crashing the first time I ran the game within the day, but when i re-loaded it , it worked just fine.Last night though, I played for 3hours I guess, and today when I started the game ita crashed 1 minute after the family was loaded. I tried several times, and In between I did the DEP thing(i hadn't done that since i applied the 1.63 game update, and when i did it today, while restarting , a messgae popud up that tsaid tah a location of a certain item couldn't be found, but I don't think thatthat's teh problem), and i updated my graphics card drivers. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you in advance

I also cleared some cache files, but nothing really changed.Also, after I updated my drivers, iI did the DEP thing all over again, according to your video tutorial.

Well, all I did was to re-do the DEP thing following your instructions, I ran the software you suggested and no corrupted packs came up, and I tried loading the family again, and just when the game started I used the "resetsim *" command, and since then it seems to be working properly! I don't know if this is just a temporary solution though! Thanks for the advice + the software! If anything comes up I'll post it here!
