First off, thanks sooo much for the 2nd tip given in that post to remove the custom MODs from the The Sims 3 folder in My Documents !!! My launcher didn't take miracles to start & my game can actually load now! But my question was since that folder had to be removed in order for the game to work, how would I get my custom stuff like the houses and worlds I downloaded from the sims 3 exchange back in the game? Would I have to re-download everything over?

Hello,

No need to redownload them, just test them small batches of 5-10. Place a few in the mods\packages folder and run the game for a while. Once it starts crashing, you know the problem is in your latest batch.
It's usually outdated mods that cause problems. Worlds, houses and objects aren't usually the problem.
