World Adventure Region install code

Hello,
I just downloaded World Adventure from thepiratebay of games4theworld. But when I tried to install, it said that "The regional install code for The Sims 3 is different than what the expansion requires".
My game region is 01.
Please tell me how to get it to work?
(It took me bloody 7hs to download this EP.  )

I got it from the link that Your guide suggested. 
  
And I did install some EPs and got them to play. (University, High end loft stuff, Master Suite). After failing to install this WA, I installed Late night and it worked just fine.
Never mind. I found this post

I have another question though.
Is it possible to uninstall a particular EP among the installed EPs? I have some EPs but only want to uninstall University. Can I?

Ermmm, how do I uninstall it? I only see a The Sims 3 uninstaller, no University uninstaller though.

If my memory does not fail me, you need to double click on the uninstaller. There are options in it to uninstall only the expansions that you want to.

Oh no, pls hang on. I got the unhandle request and option to debug or no in lauching the launcher. No > game closed. Debug > it is downloading something.

My suggestion for now would be to re-download the latest Ultimate Fix again and reapply it:

     I jinxed the game. So I had to uninstalled it completely and reinstalled. But it stucked right from the base game. I used the file suggested by Mac guide. (http://thepiratebay.se/torrent/5061019/The_Sims_3_%28Mac__cracked), and I couldn't update it.

Either through the launcher. after 1h of downloading, it said this.


Or by the latest patch of G4TW.


How would it be, do you have any idea?

Don't worry. It can happen. Did you perhaps do a clean uninstall?

If you have already tried that, my only solution is to try again and again. This error has occured to me before, and what I did was to basically try until it worked lol. It's no fault on your part, so don't worry about it

I'm sorry I have to ask for your help again.
I uninstalled completely then reinstalled. Couldn't use the offline patch so I updated online thru the launcher, it took me twice (from 99 sth version to 1.22 then to 1.63) > Applied the crack for base game > Open the launcher > got that infamous exception raised.

Hmmm. That's a tricky issue with many types of solutions..

I'm going to list a few, and hopefully one of them works out for you.

- Try to redownload the Ultimate Fix and apply it again.
- Try lowering your game resolution.
- If you have any CC or Mods, try removing them.
- Try running the game after closing all other applications.
- Delete the Electronic Arts folder in your Documents (assuming you have no saves/ other games under EA)

Well, I repeat all the steps, deleted the old Ult fix, downloaded new 1.
It was gud for the base game. I installed WA, Late night and Master suite. applied the latest Ult fix.
UNKNOWN ERROR OCCURRED. uhoh.
Then I deleted the The sims 3 preference folder as in https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t5363-fix-for-unknown-error-occurred. It did't help.
I guess I should stick with the base game only.

You can try downloading the manual patch again.

Apply it, and finish off with the Ultimate Fix once more.

I reinstall from the beginning and finally, it worked! Thank you!
Now I have World Adventure, Season and Island paradise but it's kinda lag. Do you know any way to fix it?
I remember reading someone suggested change to file name to The Sims OLD something but I can't find it again.
I'm using a MBA with i7 2 GHz and 8 GB RAM.

I'm glad for you! Here are some possible solutions:

Solution 1: Reducing Game Memory Usage
- Lower your game resolution.
- Use the "Save As" option instead of "Save" to generate new "healthy" files.
- Keep your Sim's inventory as empty as possible.
- Disable "Memories" from your in-game options.
- Delete existing "Memories" with the Nraas MasterController. [NRAAS/Master Controller/Sim/Intermediate/Remove memories>Homeworld]
- Read this link that Phoebe has posted before. It has many suggestions on how you can reduce memory usage which are quite often the causes of crashes.


Solution 2: Defragment your Mac
- Yes, you read me right. Macs actually do need to be defragmented, especially if you have large files. The Sims 3 files usually get very fragmented during installation, which means it takes a long time for the Mac to read the files, causing lags and eventually crashes.
- I personally use iDefrag. It is a little pricey, but definitely a great investment if you intend to keep your Mac healthy for a long time. Otherwise, you can look for any other alternative you wish. 


Solution 3: Free-up Space in your Mac
- Clean up your files regularly and keep enough space in your Mac. It helps a lot
