I have Installed The Sims 3 Full Iso Reloaded.. The Version of my TS3 Base game is 1.0.615.00107
I haven't put any Crack yet nor Updated it.
I also have Installed Late Night Expansion pack.. I am having an Error..

Please use the Manual Patch.
Then retry the Late Night install!

Okay I will try.. But I am having trouble on what Manual Patch I have to Use or Download.. Do I need to Install the patch by version?
