sims 3 pets works fine but late night error 0x024e424f. [SOLVED]

hello,
i know this seems to be a common problem but i've read many posts regarding my problem and still the problem occurs...

first, is this installation steps right??
1. install sims3 base game
2. apply base game crack from ultimate fix
3. install sims3 pets (it told me to update to v1.26) so i update it
4. apply pets crack in base game dir (replace 2 files)
5. install late night
6. apply late night crack in base game dir (only replace the previous .dll file because there was nothing to replace TS3EP03)
7. manually patch game to v1.33 with the link in this site
8. apply # crack to my base game (replace TS3W and .dll files)

when i run the game via launcher or TS3W it works as sims 3 pets and there's also 3 icons showed (base game, pets, late night), which i believe is a good thing, right??
but when i run TS3EP03 (i don't know any other place to run late night) to play late night, the screen goes black and gives me the "service initialization failed 0x024e424f"

please help

Try this now, please:

1. (Re-)download and apply this manual patch: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1870-can-t-update-the-sims-3-to-v133-fix-manual-patch-updated
2. After it finished updating, download our Ultimate Fix here: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems and open the "# Crack" folder in the .rar file. (You do not need all the other folder, at this stage)
3. Drag & drop the .dll file and the .exe file in the "# Crack" folder in the Fix to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin
4. Start the game and let us know the result. Good luck!

umm before doing all the steps you told me...
i just realize when i was loading my sims 3 it shows sims 3 pets expansions, but when i tried new game there's brigdeport city which is late night's main city ad when i try to create a sim it shows late night clothings, jobs etc...

does this mean the late night expansion merge with pets expansion?
like there's 2 expansion in 1 game? and does this mean to play late night just play by TS3W??

Hello,

Please note that there's only one game. You can not play the game separately, but only as one big game.
Whenever you install a new expansions, all the features of that expansions will automatically be integrated into the already-existing game.

Conclusion: no matter which launcher or which .exe file you use, you'll always get into the same game.

so it's possible then to have pets and still using late night features (becoming celebrities and such)??

i just tried the game again yesterday and it works fine with all the expansions installed
but whenever i create a sim and go to the desktop with windows icon and goes right back to the game, my sim skin and clothing texture becomes weird, like there's vertical white stripes in the entire body and when i change their clothes it goes back to normal...

just wanna ask, is this thing normal or is it just a harmless problem?

It's a known problem, which occurs to some people.
The only fix I know to this problem is just don't switch back to windows. If I'm right, [ALT] + [TAB] will cause the same problem, but you could try and see if that works. I doubt it though.
