I cannot re-install sims 3

hi, its my first time here and here is my problem. i think that i was stupid for deleting the sims 3 without uninstalling it properly. now, im re-installing it but it says that i already installed the latest version and i have to uninstall it, but i already dont have the sims 3, it was deleted permanently. i dont know how to fix everything and to start to install it again. please help. thank you in advance    :newfag:

so i already downloaded the update and the ultimate fix. the ultimate fix that i downloaded was the link with "temporary" cause it says to the other links that its not working. when i applied the temporary fix, my university life is not working anymore. it says no disc found. so now, im downloading the ultimate fix which says not working, someone said that we should just ignore the "not working". right now, i dont know what to do with all of these. please help, again

and now when i tried to open the sims 3 again, by TS3 or even the game launcher, it will suddenly crash. what to do?
